Our Mission and Vision

The mission of the Northeast Junior High Football League is to promote, coach and encourage young men and women to safely participate in the great American sport of football.

Our vision is to offer football to the youth in our respective towns with the goal of developing them to play at their next chosen level. All participants are welcome and NJHFL does not discriminate based on gender or ability. We do not pursue 'regional or national' tournaments. We coach and teach football at a fundamental level so kids understand, appreciate and develop a love for the game. Our core values are inclusion, respect, appreciation/integrity, and dedication. And finally, but not least of all - to have FUN!
